EXTRUSIONS

Our modern extrusion facility of single screw and co-extruders and the downstream equipment have been developed for high speed, high quality production at very competitive prices. This is suitably complimented by a skilled manufacturing team and our extensive management experience.

RIM (ELASTOMERS)

Cellular Mouldings have a 22 year track record of meeting the needs of industry by providing a rapid low cost response for the manufacture of polyurethane mouldings for prototype and low volume production in a wide variety of styles and complexities, often incorporating features which would prove difficult in conventional tooling.

POLYURETHANE

All of our polyurethane (Pu) foam systems are completely CFC free. We formulate different systems to accommodate the varied applications and these are usually of the following types:
> Flexible Integral Skin Mouldings.
> Flexible Microcellular Mouldings.
> Rigid Pu Foam Mouldings.

Polyurethane Foam Mouldings, Elastomers, Extrusions & Co- Extrusions from Cellular Mouldings

We have been trading since 1972. Our initial facility produced polyurethane foam moulded components for the Automotive and Shoe industries. We have gradually changed our product profile and now supply a large customer base with an equally large variety of products. All of our products are resistant to MRSA.

More recently we acquired the business and key staff of the former RIM-CAST Ltd and have provided a seamless transition for their extensive customer base, producing POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER COMPONENTS (RIM). These are an ideal cost effective alternative for low volume injection moulding applications. This process can also facilitate complex shapes not possible when using injection moulding techniques.

The third part of our organisation produces high quality flexible and rigid EXTRUSIONS and CO-EXTRUSIONS for a broad range of application.
