Cellular Mouldings have a 22 year track record of meeting the needs of industry by providing a rapid low cost response for the manufacture of polyurethane mouldings for prototype and low volume production in a wide variety of styles and complexities, often incorporating features which would prove difficult in conventional tooling.

Rapid Prototyping

The manufacture of polyurethane castings using low cost rapid tooling for an infinite variety of applications such as Instrument Housings, VDU Bezels, Enclosures, Engineering Components, Special Purpose Structures and Devices.

Entry point into product design programme can be at any stage i.e. Initial concept / 2D drawings for construction / CAD models in STL format / Existing machined models or prototypes.

	Assembly Many of the components we make are fitted with discrete components and electrical wiring harnesses. We now provide the service of fitting these items in-house, thereby delivering complete systems to our customers. For example see LH/RH Ergopod in the picture gallery.
