Packaging is arranged to suit your process and included wood or cardboard drums, plastic feed buckets and polythene sleeves or bags for coils and rigid sections etc. It is usual for products to be palletised for despatch and we provide a next day delivery service via network carriers.

EXTRUSIONSCellular Mouldings have a 22 year track record of meeting the needs of industry by providing a rapid low cost response for the manufacture of polyurethane mouldings for prototype and low volume production in a wide variety of styles and complexities, often incorporating features which would prove difficult in conventional tooling.
RIM (ELASTOMERS)Our modern extrusion facility of single screw and co-extruders and the downstream equipment have been developed for high speed, high quality production at very competitive prices. This is suitably complimented by a skilled manufacturing team and our extensive management experience.
POLYURETHANEAll of our polyurethane (Pu) foam systems are completely CFC free. We formulate different systems to accommodate the varied applications and these are usually of the following types:
> Flexible Integral Skin Mouldings.
> Flexible Microcellular Mouldings.
> Rigid Pu Foam Mouldings.
