Tooling

All of our tooling is produced by a reputable tooling company. Adjustments to the tools can usually be accommodated in-house. The tooling is divided into 2 categories - Tools that are purchased by our customers for their exclusive use and tools that we have commissioned to provide "off the shelf" products for our customers.

All tools are maintained by our experienced staff. We also provide assistance with design and development at an early stage.

CELLULAR MOULDINGS

EXTRUSIONSCellular Mouldings have a 22 year track record of meeting the needs of industry by providing a rapid low cost response for the manufacture of polyurethane mouldings for prototype and low volume production in a wide variety of styles and complexities, often incorporating features which would prove difficult in conventional tooling.
RIM (ELASTOMERS)Our modern extrusion facility of single screw and co-extruders and the downstream equipment have been developed for high speed, high quality production at very competitive prices. This is suitably complimented by a skilled manufacturing team and our extensive management experience.
POLYURETHANEAll of our polyurethane (Pu) foam systems are completely CFC free. We formulate different systems to accommodate the varied applications and these are usually of the following types:
> Flexible Integral Skin Mouldings.
> Flexible Microcellular Mouldings.
> Rigid Pu Foam Mouldings.
